Family Hardware, aka “SawBladeSharpening.com” gladly accepts returned merchandise. Returns are accepted in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. If the merchandise is non damaged or defective, the buyer will be responsible for shipping the merchandise back to Family Hardware for a full credit. Credit will be issued using the same method the buyer used on the original purchase. If there merchandise is returned outside of our return window or not in its original packaging, the buyer may be charged a 30% restocking fee.
All SawBladeSharpening.com branded saw blades, receive an unconditional return policy. If you are not satisfied with your blade in anyway, you may return the blade for a full credit.
Buyer has 48 hours to report any damage that may occurred during the shipment of the product. If the product is deemed defective past this window due to manufacturer issues, buyer will submit in writing to Family Hardware the request for credit or a replacement. Family Hardware will work with the buyer to remedy the situation, on behalf of the buyer. Family Hardware pays for all return shipping on damaged and defective merchandise.
